Advanced Acrobatic Gymnastics (Ages 7+)

This program consists of the final 3 levels of our exclusive 9 level Acrobatic Gymnastics recreational report card system.   Athletes entering these levels have mastered the basics and many provincial level Acrobatic skills.  Tumbling skills are further progressed into advanced salto skills such as front and back tucks, complex tumbling lines and connections. Using their experience, they build further introducing and mastering many advanced provincial level competitive skills, but also introducing them to some more complicated National level skills.   A report card is provided to show progress after each session.

Registration in this level requires either; graduation from the complete intermediate level progress report, a recommendation from an Edmonton Acrobatic Gymnastics coach, or completion of a  placement tryout at Edmonton Acrobatic Gymnastics.

We join Intermediate and Advanced classes to provide a broader range of participants to work together making the Acrobatic skills more interesting and exciting than otherwise possible.

Students in these programs can take 4-6 or more sessions to master the skills at each level before progressing to the next.

Is my child ready for Advanced Acro classes?

Your child will receive report card as they progress through levels. If they have passed Intermediate Acro level F, they can register for Advanced Acro classes.

Athletes must have previous experience in a gymnastics(either with us or another club), a cheer or dance program or have an Edmonton Acro coaches permission/recommendation
Have passed Intermediate Acro Level F
Athletes must be already able to:

      Round off with rebound
      Unassisted back handspring down incline
      Front Handspring off a height
      Connected cartwheel to round off
      Front and/or back walkover
      Free standing handstand 3 sec
    Handstand against wall 10 sec

*First payment includes the first calendar month of classes based on your start date. First month price does not include $35 annual registration and processing. Monthly Price varies depending on registration date. It is calculated based on the number of classes after the first calendar month, split into equal monthly payments. All displayed prices are subject to errors or omissions. In the event of any errors in pricing or calculations, we reserve the right to adjust the payment schedule or cancel registration.
